• Head of the group "Equipment-Construction & Technology Selection" incl. its organizational design and further development

• Promoting the increase in the degree of automation in Berlin production

• Innovative and disruptive equipment and device solutions for existing and new manufacturing processes in agile cooperation with adjacent departments, including the associated make or/and buy process

• Finding fast and unconventional solutions for manufacturing problems

• Creation and implementation of a "standard automation cells" concept

• Development of solutions for automated processes in close cooperation with the international network of our different locations

• Complete technical university studies

• Embossed knowledge of the state of the art in automation, preferably from the semiconductor or a related industry

• Long-standing professional and leadership experience in design and equipment specification

• Experience in managing complex international design projects and project teams

• Experience in the development and improvement of equipment and manufacturing equipment

• Experiences in the implementation of technical systems up to series production

• Embossed hand-on mentality with structured approach

• German and English language skills
