In these positions, together with interdisciplinary teams, you will participate in innovative supply approaches at the interface of medicine, health care and health insurance. Depending on the technical focus, you will bring your medical expertise into different topics – from supply concepts to population-related supply contracts to evaluation of medical developments.

Depending on the technical background, individual strengths and personal interests await You have varied tasks with design playroom, including: Design of supply concepts: You actively contribute to the development and optimization of supply concepts in outpatient and outpatient care. Population-related supply contracts: You work in the team to develop supply contracts according to §§ 73b, 140a SGB V in order to improve medical care for larger population groups. Assessment of developments in the field of RSA: You deal with current developments in risk structure compensation (RSA) and advise the specialist department on medical issues related to the definitions of classification models. Recommendations for new treatment methods: You support the evaluation and decision on new methods of investigation and treatment as well as off-label use. Participation in the further development of oncological supply concepts: You are involved in the further development of innovative oncological care concepts, in particular in the context of the centres for personalized medicine in Baden-Württemberg and the nationwide model project according to § 64e SGB V. Support for hospital billing: You contribute to the checking of hospital bills and advise the department to discuss discussions with the hospitals. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with various associations, specialist companies and research partners and promote the exchange between different professional groups. Participation in relevant bodies: Depending on the expertise and interest, you participate in committees at federal or state level and actively contribute to the further development of the relevant specialist topics.

You have a completed study of human medicine, the approval as a doctor and ideally a completed specialist training e.g. in general medicine, orthopaedics, trauma surgery, pneumology, internalist oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology and urology. You bring a wide range of medical knowledge. You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in the fields of evidence-based medicine, scientific literature research, evaluation of studies, cost-benefit analyses. You are interested in health/social policy issues and enjoy the development and evaluation of innovative utilities. You possess a natural and sympathetic enforcing capability. You like to take responsibility, are resilient and like to work in the team.
