You are responsible for all financial accounting, banking and payment transactions, as well as all tax issues You create monthly and annual accounts according to the HGB and monitor the financial flows You are leading in accounting and support in daily work in the department with deed and expertise In the case of liquidity management, internal reporting and annual and multiannual planning, your cooperation is in demand You lead and develop the department and their employees in line with corporate culture and corporate objectives You continuously review and improve the processes within the department and at the interface to other business areas and have overall responsibility for financially relevant systems and processes Through the management/cooperation in exciting projects, you actively shape the digitalization and further development of the financial function on the Mainau You work closely with other areas on the island of Mainau and the subsidiaries in terms of financial matters and as an economic savings ring You are a central contact person for our audit and tax consultancy as well as our banks
