Your tasks:

• Promoting and guiding our facilities in the framework of strategic and professional development
• Responsibility and accompaniment of new executives
• qualified cooperation with external service providers and supervisory authorities
• economic management of the processes and control and compliance of the budget with appropriate measures
• Responsibility for capacity utilisation and economic management of facilities
• Recording and controlling the most important risks from economic, technical, human, structural and organizational perspectives
• Support for special challenges and crises

Your profile:

• qualification as a home management in accordance with local regulations; or
• completed studies in the field of social, nursing or health management Business Administration and
• Qualification as responsible specialist/service manager
• at least two years of professional experience in a stationary, semi-stationary or outpatient care facility
• strong management competencies in the fields of business management, personnel, controlling, quality management, conflict and complaint management
• Knowledge of the SGB XI, SGB XII and the right of home and the right of establishment and experience in cooperation with the works council are desirable
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• very high social competence and commitment
