Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

You create materials, components and services on time and at the best conditions – so that our projects run smoothly. You get offers, comparably prices and terms and negotiate with suppliers – always with the aim of achieving the best result for VRI. You monitor orders and delivery dates, take care of order confirmations and make sure nothing remains. You're puggling our supplier master files and keeping the ERP system up to date. You work closely with development, production and project management and are the interface when it comes to material availability. You support complaints and returns and find pragmatic solutions with our suppliers.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – professional experience in purchasing is a plus, but no need. You work structured, independent and keep track of many parallel processes. You communicate clearly and legally – both internally and with external suppliers. You are safe in handling ERP systems and MS Office; Experience with industry-specific tools is beneficial. You like to negotiate and have a good sense of prices and market developments. Good knowledge of English is desirable as we also work with international suppliers.
