You coordinate internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers and bear the responsibility for the quality, dates and costs of your projects in Hamburg-Nord. Planning, calculation and independent control of reconstruction, development and renovation projects in the electrotechnical environment according to the performance phases 1–8 of the HOAI Coordination of rebuilding projects in stock taking into account operational requirements Coordination and control of internal specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers Responsibility for the successful implementation of projects in terms of quality, dates and costs Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, in particular according to DIN VDE, including legally secure project documentation

Continuing training for technicians or masters with prior technical training, e.g. as an electrician/electronic energy and building technology, plant mechanic SHK / HKLS or comparable Alternatively a technical study in technical building equipment, electrical engineering or civil engineering Professional experience in construction management or project management Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and follow-up management Communication strength, entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit German knowledge of at least C1 level
