In the development of new concepts for organisational development

Exciting project work, possibly in close cooperation with other interfaces

Support of team management in various organizational tasks within the team (e.g.: preparation of workshops, team days etc.)

Create and maintain files in MS Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. statistics, overviews and communication documents

Support for personnel planning and data analysis for VAN Operations

The activity can begin from the end of March 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
