Be part of the Customer Service Team EMEA and are dedicated to our e-commerce customers, such as Amazon, Otto.de and others Examine system-based order processing - from ordering to data management to clearing open positions - in close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners Work closely with the teams from Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Performance Marketing and Sales to efficiently bundle information and coordinate processes across departments Conduct weekly, English-language voting appointments with Amazon and Key Account Management and conduct specific actions and tasks Analyze sales, inventory and logistics data, identify deviations and guide operational recommendations Support the optimization of processes around Amazon and bring your own ideas to improve performance, data quality and delivery Actively contribute to creating transparency in daily business - through structured evaluations, regular reporting and reliable communication

You have experience in e-commerce, ideally with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central You communicate safely in English, in writing as oral With SAP (e.g. MM, SD) and MS Excel you go routined and use it for order processing and reporting You analyze data, start evaluations and keep numbers in mind Logistics processes, supply chains and handling of suppliers are familiar to you You work independently, organized and service-oriented - also under time pressure Ideally, you bring experience with CRM systems, process optimization and quality standards
