Registered Nurse / Team Leader (m/f/d)

We are looking for a nursing team (m/w/d) for our nursing communities in the Großenhain branch. The place is to be occupied in full or part-time (35-38 hours/week). (m/w/d) or nursing service (m/w/d) is possible.

Tasks

• Basic and treatment care

• Individual and needs-oriented care of our clients

• Strengthen and maintain the vitality and quality of our clients

• Communication with doctors, clinics and relatives

• Medication and regulation management

• Technical documentation

• Leadership and motivation of the team

• Planning and organisation of workflows, the objective and control of progress and communication and coordination with employees and senior management levels

Requirements

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

• Very good communication skills

• Structured operation

• joy in dealing with people,

• Reliability, positive lifestyle and teamability
