(Fach‐)University studies Architecture and civil engineering (construction, construction management, construction) or equivalent field of study; State-tested technicians in the field of civil engineering can also apply Engineers: Professional experience in performance phases 1-9 HOAI is desirable Technicians: long-term experience in the performance phases 1-9 HOAI is a prerequisite Knowledge of computer-based time and cost control Organisational talent, negotiation skills and enforcement Constructive team skills Language skills required are at least level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) Ready to travel, driving licence class B
