Setter/Production Technologist (m/f/d)

Technical support of production staff (machine operators/workers) Support for technical problems Roughening, setting up and maintaining dispense plants and associated machine periphery Bringing in and implementing process optimizations within ongoing series production Process monitoring of series production in terms of time, cost and quality Definition of process parameters for new products and pending changes Ensuring material flow within the value chain Filling, processing and conversion of manufacturing orders and repair orders Own-responsible analysis and detection of errors as well as weaknesses in machines and injection molded parts Maintenance and maintenance of dispensers and peripheral equipment Compliance with order and cleanliness in the entire work area (5S) Working with team projects such as 5S, CVP, productivity and reject rates Responsibility for personnel when representing team management

Technical training, e.g. as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable (required) Alternatively: Multiannual practical experience in setting up machines or in manufacturing Technical understanding and pronounced process thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Quality awareness and sense of responsibility Ready to work in 3-shift operation
