You support the ongoing tax support and advice of foreign private equity funds and their domestic investors. These include, in particular, the creation of the separate and uniform statement of findings for the funds. You accompany consulting projects on cross-border (environmental) structuring, external tax law and DBA tax law with foreign private equity funds. You support ongoing audits and remedies.

You have a degree in law, economic or financial sciences, for example. Ideally, you have practical experience in tax advice that you could gain through internships or vocational training. You think analytic and networked, work structured and draw as a team player. You are routined with the most important MS Office applications – and you will learn to do so. DATEV knowledge is desirable. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
