Design with us the future as Application Engineer (m/w/d) Lies | unlimited | at the next possible date | Full time | 35 hours As Application Engineer (m/w/d), the focus of the activity is on the technical support of our product portfolio. You support the process of launching new business in Germany and abroad as well as the management of existing customers. You work within a team of different and complementary specialties to effectively and professionally answer customer requests together.

Technical customer support Consulting customers in technical inquiries, in particular for selecting and dimensioning suitable fuses for various applications Design and calculation of fuses Implementation of technical calculations to safeguard different applications, taking into account applicable standards and customer requirements Project support in sales Accompanying tenders and design-in projects in close cooperation with sales staff, partners and subsidiaries Technical content for marketing and campaigns Developing and providing technical content to support product campaigns and marketing activities Training and presentations Creation of technical presentations and implementation of customer training to convey product and application knowledge Market and technology research Observation of the safety technology market with regard to technical developments, trends and competitive activities

Successfully completed electrotechnical studies or comparable combination of technical training and multi-year, adequate professional experience Professional experience in technical customer consulting is absolutely necessary Technical expertise in the design of fuses for a wide range of applications, ideally from a similar industry with products in need of explanation Structured, targeted working and analytical skills combined with a high customer orientation and communication joy Found MS Office knowledge and experience with an ERP/CRM Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, each in word and writing are compelling prerequisites readiness to travel to trade fairs and occasional customer visits along with sales staff Depending on the type of disability, the site is suitable for people with difficulty.
