The department „Klinikgruppe DRV-Bund“ controls 21 own rehabilitation centers with 27 rehabilitation clinics. The goal is to set strategic impulses, to set standards and to increase the process efficiency in the interaction between clinics, head office and department itself, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the DRV group.

You are responsible for the comprehensive and well-founded consultation of the regional directors and clinics on all labour and collective bargaining issues. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Interpretation and implementation of the collective agreements in force in the DRV, relevant labour laws and personnel representation, equality and severely disabled persons' rights for occupational use and personnel work in the clinics Decisions of personnel matters in the clinics of a special and basic nature Creating and creating business instructions, framework guidelines, work aids and newsletters on basic personnel topics as well as training for practical application in the clinics Working on matters related to litigation Draft opinions on audit reports of the Audit Office, on audit notes of the Federal Office for Social Security on the basis of the supervisory examination and on reports from the Federal Audit Office Regular missions are linked to the perception of the activity.

You have a completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. a specialist) in the field of social security, administrative, legal, economic or social sciences, or in a similar field of study You have up-to-date and in-depth knowledge as well as multiannual detectable professional experience in the independent application of the legal fields of labour and collective bargaining, ideally from a staff area of the public service Their work is characterised by responsible and economic action in a digital environment Addresse-oriented communication in word and writing, in particular in the preparation of legal matters, a high degree of self-organization and a pronounced customer orientation complete your profile We presuppose your willingness to travel
