Design the future of the company customer business of Sparkassen or cooperative banks in the team – from strategy to implementation with our customers. Dive into the transformation of banks and develop new solutions for stationary and media corporate customer sales, for example for customer segmentation or operational implementation. Create new, omnichannel sales processes and bring them into effect. In the project work, you will establish new technologies as well as technically supported sales tools such as omnichannel sales platforms and smart data solutions to help our customers achieve their goals and make a positive contribution to change. With increasing experience, you take more and more responsibility and tax, for example, first subprojects, lead project colleague:inside and bringing you more into acquisitions. You have a university degree (economics, e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Administration) or a comparable professional degree. You have first experience in the financial services industry, preferably through bank training or through practical experience with a cooperative bank, a savings bank, associations and affiliates and in consulting for banks. You bring professional know-how to corporate customer sales or sales management in the corporate customer business as well as knowledge of the core banking systems OSPlus or agree21. Your high commitment is paired with communication strength, creativity and joy in working in a dynamic team. Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.
