Support and consultation of national stock customers (company lists) in the area of Sprinkler-Service, repair and modernisation. Identification and evaluation of measures from maintenance protocols and test reports – deriving concrete service or rehabilitation offers. Compilation of technical solutions together with specialist departments (e.g. technology, assembly planning, shutdowns). Calculation and provision of services for repairs, sub-installations or modifications. Support and control of customer projects until successful completion. Interface between central distribution and our subsidiaries: support for tendering, technical clarification and operational implementation. Maintaining the CRM system (SAP), creating visit reports and tracking open measures. Regular travel activities within Germany to customers and customers.

Complete technical training (e.g. in the field of SHK, fire protection, TGA) or comparable qualifications. Continuing training in the field of technological sales, e.g. as technicians, masters or tech­nical operators (required). Multiannual professional experience in the distribution of technical services, ideal for fire protection or building technology. A well-founded technical understanding of sprinkler systems, their maintenance, function and potential for modernization. Impressed customer and service orientation as well as safe entry at all levels of conversation. Structured and self-organized work, high readiness to travel.
