Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_1067_02 Do you like to work independently on interesting, challenging tasks in databases and cloud computing? Do you have experiences in the further development of modern database systems with and without cloud technology and would like to actively contribute them to our team? Then accompany us in the development, construction and operation of new database systems.

You coordinate and take over the development, integration, further development and testing of database services and take over the troubleshooting of various database environments. Your focus is on the implementation and configuration of the components of our various database systems (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) both on premises and in the cloud. You can also help other teams migrate workloads to the cloud and work with the services. You perform system updates and migrations and ensure availability of database environments.

Bachelor's or equivalent degree of (economic) informatics or comparable degree programme with a focus on information technology or comparable knowledge from a professional experience of at least three years Very good knowledge and at least 2 years of professional experience in building, administration and maintenance of highly available databases (on-premise and public cloud) incl. Migration, Backup, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Good knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) and UNIX or Windows operating systems Good knowledge and practical experience in the application of script languages and database management tools (e.g. SQL Server Management Studio or Oracle Enterprise Manager) Good knowledge of ITIL processes and integration of interfaces between>IT infrastructure, applications and management systems Extensive teamwork, high engagement and good work organisation as well as good analytical and conceptual skills Very good German and good English communication skills
