Working Student Personnel Development (m/f/d)

During your work student activity, you will be given the opportunity to develop agile personnel development from close to you – from the support of our mentoring system to the employee Satisfaction to exciting future topics such as the use of AI in talent development. We look forward to your impact with versatile operational and conceptual tasks!

We are interested in long-term cooperation and are flexible in the design of the work students. The planned hourly rate is 20 hours a week.

You support the development of new development formats or the further development of our agile feedback structures in various topics. You participate in the continuous optimization of our internal mentoring system and introduce yourself to the co-creation of different mentoring formats and artifacts. You take responsibility for the Employee Satisfaction theme as your own project – from preparation to regular implementation to deriving concrete measures from our employee satisfaction survey as well as their continuous improvement and valid discovery. You support the operational tasks of personnel development, such as organisational tasks in the preparation of training events or data management. Together with us, you will explore how AI can facilitate and enrich our agile staff development. You carry out research tasks and deep divees, e.g. to cross-compare mentoring concepts in other agile organisations, to human ability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity, as well as motivation and skills outside hierarchical structures.

You are studying in the field of (economic)psychology, staff or are on a comparable educational path – in the second half of your Bachelor's degree or in your Master's degree. You have already gained first professional experience in the field of personnel, ideally in the development of personnel. You have the pleasure of working on new, complex topics such as agile personnel development or lateral guidance. You can inspire yourself to the appropriation of new tools and bring affinity and openness to work with AI. You are an excellent team player and convince by your enthusiasm, proactivity and self-responsibility. You are open to working as a facilitator in workshops for longer term, or to discuss in-house personnel development issues. You have very good communicative skills and can exercise your role in German and English (at least C1 level).

Content information Within our uniform and transparent salary framework, the remuneration for this position is between €15.50 and €19.50 per hour and is based on various factors such as qualification and experience. .
