Senior Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d)

Requirements Analysis & Architecture: Analysis, coordination and documentation of technical requirements from the fields of expertise and their translation into scalable solution architectures, specifications and specifications Test & Quality Management: Development and documentation of test concepts and test cases including their coordination of change, release and test management as well as implementation of UAT, Go Live, Hypercare and continuous operational stabilization according to ITIL System integration & infrastructure: integration of applications and systems into the application and infrastructure landscape; Coordination of technical details with hardware and software suppliers for seamless integration into existing systems Project & Stakeholder Management: Technical management and management of IT projects, close cooperation with specialist areas, solution partners and software providers, and creation of project documentation including risk, issue and change management Knowledge management: creation, maintenance and consolidation of all relevant documentation to ensure transparency, traceability and long-term knowledge security

Education: Successfully completed studies (e.g. economic or technical computer science, engineering, business management) or alternatively an IT training, e.g. specialist for system integration or application development – each with relevant professional experience Know-How: Multiannual Experience as Business/Systems Analyst and Project Manager with Requirement Analysis, Documentation, Test Management and Change and Release Control; well-founded knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Project Management Methods (Agile, Kanban, Prince2, PMI), Interface Design, System Integration and Operation of Cloud-based Solutions, and Practical Experience with ITIL Processes and Agile Works Personal competencies: High sense of responsibility, reliability, strategic and analytical thinking as well as an expressive communication and presentation skills combined team skills, independent working, leadership skills and readiness for continuous training
