You are in the middle of it – and you are responsible for the factory production control in the natural stone and asphalt sector in accordance with the applicable standards and technical regulations. You keep an overview of the design and management of internal projects with a focus on rock and asphalt. You are on site – and enter our construction sites in the southwest of Germany. You are networked and work closely with sales, customers and authorities to continuously optimize building material properties. You are asked to carry out feasibility analyses in cooperation with our operating units. Your expertise makes the difference – because you design, organize and present specialist lectures at internal and external events.

You bring a successfully completed university degree in civil engineering focus on road construction or Transport, raw materials engineering, geology or mineralogy. You ideally have first professional experience in a similar position or have first practical experience in the form of internships or student work. Basic knowledge in the field of rock, asphalt, concrete and bitumen testing is advantageous for you. In addition to enthusiasm for technical topics, a self-responsible way of working is one of your strengths. You are fit in MS Office, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You have a valid class B license.
