Construction and development of controlling structures in seven countries (including Germany, UK, Poland, Sweden)

Strategic Sparring Partner for Regional and Local Management in Financial Issues

Management of regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasts and sales controlling and reporting

Ensuring uniform financial processes and standards in line with corporate strategy

Development and standardization of KPIs and dashboards to control sales, profitability and margins

Accompanying strategic projects (e.g. M&A, investment projects, business model development)

Close cooperation with sales, product management and other areas of expertise to assess market opportunities

Successfully completed university studies in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, etc.

At least 3 years of professional experience in group or regional controlling

Knowledge of financial planning, GuV analysis, forecasting and performance reporting

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, Business Central) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Trusted with topics such as transfer pricing, intercompany billing and international standards

Safe for negotiation in German and English in word and writing

Analytical thinking, sovereign communication, intercultural understanding
