Own creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Support for the integrated planning of individual companies, subgroups and total corporations Support and cooperation in the development of financial indicators Working with the Group Consolidation and Implementation of Intercompany Agreements Support and accounting coordination of international corporations Continuous optimization and further development of internal processes in accounting, qualified contact for colleagues in the TEAM F&A Creation of reports and business evaluations using modern BI tools (e.g. Lucanet, Power BI) Acquisition of project responsibility in financial and accounting, e.g. in case of system changes or the harmonisation of processes Close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and internal interfaces Participation in audits by the tax office, additional contact for auditors Participation in the introduction, adaptation and further development of ERP and accounting systems To support members of the Advanced Management Team and their employees

Skills and values that match us

Funded expertise in accounting according to HGB and IFRS – bringing deep expertise and practical experience Safe in handling international accounting and ERP systems – technological competence is of course for you Versified handling of MS Office, complemented by practical experience with BI tools such as Lucanet or comparable applications Completed commercial training, ideally with further training to/from the account holder/in International (IHK) or a comparable qualification in finance Alternatively, a degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably with a scientific background Embossed numerical affinity and a structured, detailed manner combined with interest in international accounting standards Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, especially in complex, international issues Secure communication skills in German and English as well as a high level of team capacity, communication and social competence, self-initiative and commitment in an international environment
