Training as a tax clerk - Start August 2026 (m/f/d)

We are looking at our Hamburg location from 1. August 2026 you! Already from the first day you will receive “backwind” from us for a motivated and successful start to your training. The company-wide “You” is just a small part of our corporate culture that will make it easy for you to start with us. Step by step you will get to know all the important content for the exciting activity of tax professionals. This includes the creation of tax returns, financial accounting, annual accounts and wage bills. From scratch, you will learn the professional handling of DATEV and the current MS Office tools. As part of your training, you are in exchange with our clients and financial offices and are using your good communication skills. Digital work and dealing with laws will be no longer unknown to you. In addition, you will get an insight into the world of our tax experts and will be there when complex questions are solved together in the team.

Personal mentor: During your training, you will be accompanied by your professional mentor. In addition, we encourage you through training-related and exam-preparing internal and external training. We also offer a wide range of digital research banks and specialist literature. Financial independence: You will receive an attractive training allowance of EUR 1,200 in the first year of training. Mobility budget: We provide you with 100 EUR gross monthly, which you can use flexibly and sustainably for your needs in a tax-optimized manner - whether for public transport, single tickets or the German ticket. Teamwork: As a full team member, you will participate from the first day. You can develop practical knowledge in active mandate work. Network: At Azubi events and during your stays in various disciplines, you can establish many professional and personal contacts. Future activities: The aim of the training is to take part in an independent employment relationship. After that we also offer you many opportunities for training and further training.
