Your duties Representation of school management in absence including decision-making power and adoption of crisis management Organisation of representation failures and short-term adaptation of the operational and educational planning in coordination with the College Creation and maintenance of time and space plans taking into account educational, human and organizational requirements Educational advice and coaching of the College, in particular in the case of pedagogical questions and conflict situations Supporting students as part of Mentoring and Hospitations including feedback and performance assessment Teamleiter (m/w/d) Ensuring reliable internal communication between college, school management and administration If you are interested, there is the possibility to take additional lessons Your profile You have a completed master's degree or a comparable degree e.g. in nursing education, pedagogy, health, education, nursing or social sciences as well as a vocational qualification in nursing. You are familiar with current developments and challenges of professional education and the relevant legal framework. With organizational talent, structure and a solution-oriented view, you can also keep track of complex tasks and short-term challenges. You communicate clearly, value-assurance and bindingly and work with different contact persons (m/w/d).
