Professional and disciplinary leadership of the central data analytics team End to End-Responsibility for building and operating central pricing services and supporting analytics solutions (e.g. benchmarking) Conception and establishment of a modular, scalable pricing service landscape Responsibility for the further development of the central pricing and analytics dataset in close cooperation with the central data platform and the academic pricing teams Continuous development of the pricing and analytics platform with focus on professionalization, scalability and standardization Continuous further and new development of Data Analytics solution Central interface function between specialist, academic pricing teams and IT (e.g. central data platform team)

Successfully completed studies of business informatics, mathematics or a comparable degree course, with high affinity for technology and data-driven solutions proven experience in leadership and further development of powerful expert teams in a complex, international environment Knowledge and practical experience in software development, ideally in building and operating pricing services or analytics environments Impressed communication and coordination capabilities in dealing with stakeholders from the field, actuariat and IT Strategic and visionary thinking capacity for the development and implementation of long-term goals in a technology and service-oriented environment Analytical and powerful thinking with high self-responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as great interest in working in an international environment No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
