A completed study, e.g. in business, communication, social sciences or a comparable field or a completed training in the commercial sector or IT Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in IT or in staff services Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities High self-initiative, organisational talent and flexibility Very good German language skills are required
