The bdks is a church-diaconical company in the areas of disability and addiction with its own facilities and various participations. Overall work and live with the bdks 3,000 people. Independent coordination of all activities in the field of fundraising for the bdks value association (and our Kurhessen Foundation) Continuing, developing and implementing new innovative fundraising strategies, especially in digital settings Permanent scanning of the conveyor system Intensification of the measures for donor binding as well as deepening and maintaining cooperation relations with sponsors and partners Pro-active acquisition of new donors Participation in events and network meetings

They have a (study) degree in marketing, communication, business administration, public relations or similar fields, ideally complemented by a further education in fundraising Multiannual professional experience and references in the field of fundraising, marketing or sales in the NPO sector or private sector (investment management, private banking, sponsorship) are desirable Joy in building, deepening and maintaining cooperation relations Empathy and communication strength, presentation skills, team skills, self-employment and a great intrinsic motivation High identification with the values and objectives of our bdks value network Safe handling of modern IT, very good knowledge in MS Office, experience with fundraising databases or CRM tools is beneficial driving licence class B
