IRBA Expert (m/f/d)

With a business volume of around 200 billion and about 6,300 employees, Helaba is one of Germany's leading banks and is firmly anchored in one of the strongest European growth regions. The support business is one of the three company divisions in the successful business model of Helaba. We, the Economic and Infrastructure Bank of Hessen (WIBank), are the Funding Bank of the Land of Hessen and part of the Helaba Landesbank Hessen Thüringen. We support Hessen in a variety of ways with various funding programmes. We are active in structural, economic, social and housing promotion. As a support bank for Hesse, we feel obliged in a special way to act in a socially acceptable manner. Sustainability issues such as energy efficiency, environmental protection and resource protection, as well as the sustainable social and economic development of the Land of Hesse are therefore essential aspects of our funding programmes. We are looking for you in full time or part time for our team in Offenbach.

As an IRBA expert, you will not only be able to get involved in the IRBA implementation project, but also support the project management with the objectives set in the project within the specified dates, quality and costs and the representation in committee meetings at business and department level. You coordinate the IRBA-specific questions between WIBank and Helaba. After the project, you act as a single point of contact between WIBank and Helaba. You will ensure the up-to-date, completeness and accuracy of IRBA processes, models and data in WIBank.

You have very good business knowledge and a pronounced IT confession, which you have acquired through a successful study with an appropriate focus (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics) or a comparable training. You have a well-founded knowledge of banking regulators (in particular, CRR / IRBA) as well as experience in (partial) project management. You actively and independently drive your topics forward and are happy to work and successfully on the team. Their work is characterized by pragmatism and packing. You quickly capture complex facts and focus on the essentials. You have a safe occurrence and can communicate and present address-oriented – even at management level.
