a successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a lawyer or notary worker (m/w/d) or a comparable conclusion good computer knowledge, in particular in handling MS Office applications first knowledge in the following areas is desirable, but not condition: contract law (rental and lease contracts, purchase contracts, supply and performance contracts, etc.) Basic and property law (notarial contracts, property transfer transactions, property rights, loads and restrictions of land)
