SAUTER FM – As a team member of the Düsseldorf branch office, you will be the first contact person*in for our customers in the object to be supervised by you and are responsible for monitoring and operating the building technology.

Your duties

• reliably wait for the building equipment of your specialist area and maintain it
• Continuously take the inspections as well as functional checks on the building equipment and fix their faults if necessary
• at any time helpful to serve our customers and tenants
• also accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use

Your profile

• a completed technical training or a degree in a craftsman's profession with further training as "electronically instructed person / EuP", "Sprinklerwart" or similar
• first professional experience in building technology or in facility management
• cross-sectoral knowledge in the field of HLKS, refrigeration, electrical, fire protection technology desirable Service orientation and independent operation
