Your qualifications at a glance

• A completed training as an operating electrician/electronist as well as a well-founded experience in industrial electrical engineering, ideally in the vicinity of a foundry
• Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE) and routine in control, drive and furnace technology
• Structured, responsible operation and a trained eye for safety, quality and technical details
• High physical loadability, craftsmanship and willingness to in heat-intensive areas work
• Teamability, flexibility, initiative and willingness to call

How does your day look like

• Responsibility for the maintenance, maintenance and repair of all electrical installations – including melting furnaces, forming systems, crane and conveyor systems
• Analyze and eliminate disturbances, including precise electrical fault diagnoses for fast and safe restart
• Monitor and optimize the electrical components of foundry technology, e.g. induction furnaces, and Temperature and performance systems
• Participation in conversions, extensions and modernizations to increase efficiency and further technical development Installations
• Conducting VDE tests on machines, plants and work equipment, as well as securing all relevant Safety standards
• Coordinating external service providers and ensuring professional and timely implementation of all Work
• Introducing own ideas into improvement processes and active cooperation with the branch manager Optimization of processes
