The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad, as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The BA II 4 Unit is responsible for the construction work of state-of-the-art and listed federal structures in the area of Adenauer-Allee Süd. Consultation and coordination with the building user and the promoter of measures, planners, experts, special experts and agencies Compilation of performance pictures and contracts / Subscriptions of employees

Expected: completed university or bachelor studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering (construction) or a comparable degree What we need: Expertise in the performance phases of HOAI, knowledge in public contract law and procurement law, and in building regulations law Project management skills negotiation skills in handling clients and contractors the ability to cross-disciplinary, collegial cooperation a high level of sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy, as well as an eager appearance and convincing expressive and communication skills Experience in the handling of public works (country, municipality or federal) Further knowledge (e.g. RBBau, VHB) will be provided in a professional context

An adjustment takes place in the pay group 11 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. The current pay table and the pay calculator can be found at oeffentlicher-dienst.info. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week. The employment relationship is limited until 31.03.2027 during a parental period. We would like to point out that the service is only temporarily transferred and that a personal allowance can be granted in accordance with § 14 TVöD in the presence of the personal conditions.
