Your tasks:

• Technical and organizational management of the Marien-Care team
• Service and operational planning in the team and contact person:in for colleagues
• Introduction, guidance and technical support of new colleagues
• Participation in meetings, quality rounds and training
• Representation regulations in the pool office with the team management care pool for smooth processes and continuity

Tasks of the Marien-Care team:

• Food supply including advice and delivery
• Ensure cleanliness and order on the station – even in the case of patients with isolation: inside
• Organization of care materials, food and station supplies
• Support for basic and treatment care and mobilisation documentation and close cooperation with the care and medical team
