Responsibility: As a (Junior) project manager, you are part of the 23-person shopping team in eCommerce, manage individual projects and take over the support from the first idea to the technical implementation Priority: The focus of your work is on the digital ROSSMANN distribution channels (Onlineshop & App). Here you represent the eCommerce purchase for innovative (digitalization) projects Optimization: Gradually you become the expert of our systems and processes in purchasing and control their (further) development and optimization. Also, the key-user role for our AI topics will take you reliably and carry tips and application examples into the assortment teams Stakeholder management: Your working day is characterized by the close and steady exchange with internal contact persons from different departments (purchasing, marketing & IT). To help you work with overarching optimizations of the area and work with the project managers of the other departments Project management: You ensure the smooth running of the individual subprojects, keep in mind the goal of a successful realization and inform the project participants and decision-makers about the stand Service: But even after the implementation, you are available in the optimized or newly created processes as well as implemented systems for questions

Basis: You have laid the foundation stone with a successfully completed commercial training or a completed study with a focus on eCommerce, Purchasing or Project Management Experience: In addition, you know the peculiarities and challenges of project management from practice and can draw on (first) knowledge of different methods & tools (ideally Jira) Enthusiasm: You have a special passion for digital topics and can put yourself in the challenges of eCommerce Communication capability: Whether team members, decision-makers or interfaces from marketing and IT – you communicate target-group-oriented and understand the stakeholders to inspire and take part in the project presentations Working methods: Your self-employment, proactivity & organizational ability can be used in everyday work.
