Facility Manager - Technical Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational technical building operation of our own property portfolio and ensure safe, economical and regular use of the buildings You are the central contact person for troubleshooting, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure a quick, structured and sustainable solution to problems during ongoing operation You control and monitor maintenance, inspections, expertise and expertise checks and ensure complete, audit-proof documentation You coordinate external service providers in operation and ensure compliance with agreed services in terms of quality, dates and costs You keep an eye on running operating costs, check services and invoices and support in compliance with budgets and economic requirements You take over operational communication with users, internal departments and external partners, and ensure functioning interfaces and clear responsibilities You work closely with adjacent areas (e.g. repair, project or special topics) and ensure a smooth transition from measures to regular operation You use digital systems for ticket processing, documentation and tracking and actively contribute to the stability and further development of the operating processes

You have a degree in engineering, facility management, real estate management or a comparable qualification (e.g. master, technician, specialist) You bring multi-year professional experience in operational technical facility management, ideally in-house own real estate, with You have experience in controlling external service providers as well as dealing with faults, maintenance and ongoing building operations You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with parallel topics You convince by communicative strength, liability and a sovereign appearance to users and partners You act independently, take responsibility in everyday life and understand yourself as an operative key function in building operations Ideally, you have experience with SAP (e.g. PM/MM) and work routiniert with ticket or CAFM systems as well as common digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace)
