As a junior project manager, you are responsible for the quality, budget, and timely project execution of infrastructure projects You control and monitor projects independently over all phases of performance, from preplanning to project completion You calculate and track the project costs, check and evaluate supplements and tax-paying and appraisal receipts Creating tender documents as well as supporting the award procedures is also one of your tasks You agree to the project framework conditions with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the early development of counter-control measures in the event of a target risk The applicable internal and external standards, policies and regulations are always in view and ensure the collection of all necessary permits and compliance with risk management and environmental protection

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed (specialized) university degree in engineering (construction, economic or electrical engineering), architecture, etc. with first experience in the field of construction Ideally, you have first professional experience in the project management of transport infrastructure projects and first experience in the procurement and award of engineering and construction services You bring first knowledge of HOAI, VOB and job-related EDV applications (such as iTWO, SAP R/3) and are interested in BIM methodology A strong sense of quality, cost and time, as well as the ability to think and work in an analytical way, are the key to your work. You score through excellent communication skills, safe occurrence and the necessary enforcement strength to master challenging situations as well as the necessary amount of humor for the project everyday including a hands-on mentality The willingness to travel to the office in Aschaffenburg or to various construction sites in the Westfrankenbahn (approximately 1–2 days a week), you bring, for that you have a class B licence
