You support IT operations in hardware, jobs and user requests You set up IT workstations and help in troubleshooting in Windows and Office‐365 environments You can work on building and managing networks, firewalls and Linux servers You work in test and laboratory environments (Sandbox) and supports technical projects You get insights into cyber security issues as well as domain and system administration

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 as well as good English skills You are interested in IT topics such as hardware, networks, servers or cloud solutions and want to expand your knowledge in practice You bring basic PC skills and you want to work in new systems and technologies You work carefully, reliable and enjoy solving problems together in the team You are open to new tasks, ask if something is unclear, and develop professionally continuously Ideally, you feel comfortable in a structured way and do not have a shyness in a technical environment Career prospects: If you have successfully completed your studies, you can take over to a junior position in the IT or system environment with clear development perspectives. After your completion, you can develop professionally, for example in the fields of IT administration, network, security or project support.
