• Takeover of the interdisciplinary leadership in the phases planning control implementation of the award
• Responsibility for the performance of predominantly complex over-swelling awards for the generation of framework contracts and other complex procurement projects (e.g. conversion and upgrading procedures) in conjunction with the assembly repair
• Recording requirements from the Department of Law and coordination of these in close cooperation
• Acquisition of contract negotiations and processing of internal and external decision-making processes up to the conclusion of the contract
• Planning and implementation of the contractual module supplier management for the suppliers of the TOP 15 suppliers assigned to you in cooperation with the other specialist departments
• Responsibility for the audit-proof documentation of tenders and award procedures in the IT system in accordance with the statutory requirements
• Implementation of the contract controlling for the product groups assigned to you and delivery of procurement requirements

What you bring:

• a completed commercial vocational training and certified specialist training or functional additional training / further training
• relevant professional experience in surgical-strategic purchasing
• good computer skills (MS Office) and good SAP skills (module MM)
• good knowledge of the management system (VMS)
• good knowledge of procurement and contract law
• a high degree of analytical thinking, a very good time and self-management and a high sense of responsibility
• Multiannual experience in the design and implementation of complex awards with and without competition
• readiness to travel within the contractual supplier management
• Communication strength, persistence and a pronounced team and conflicting ability complete your profile
