While most departments of our business are concerned with the administrative day-to-day business – recording, case-coding, billing – the project and process management is responsible for the implementation of IT projects, which in the administrative context offer a modern service experience and added value for patients and professionals. Our focus is on the introduction of a patient portal to the Charité – according to the Funding Act 2 of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG). In addition, we are involved in various digitization projects or responsible for their successful implementation. Your tasks at a glance: You take responsibility for the rollout of the patient portal in selected clinics of the Charité You are a key player for decision makers and users of a clinic You accept requirements and configure the IT system according to requirements (no programming experience required) You communicate with internal and external IT colleagues You carry out training and workshops with users You monitor compliance with project objectives You answer and process support requests to the patient portal

You have a structured approach, are motivated and have fun working independently, solution-oriented in the team Your open personality will enable you to get the best possible solution with the patients of the clinic. You also keep an overview of many parallel action strands And you have the following conditions: You have a Bachelor degree programme (e.g. Business Informatics, Business Engineering, BWL or Health Economics) You could ideally gain first experience in IT project management You have good to advanced knowledge in handling MS Office, Miro or tools like Jira/Confluence You bring a basic IT confession with SaaS products in particular (optional of hospital information systems) You have very good language skills in German (mind. C1) Nice to have: Experience in healthcare
