You shape the asset and engineering strategy of our location and implement it consistently in line with the group strategy. You are responsible for the entire engineering and CAPEX life cycle and ensure high plant availability, sustainable cost efficiency and effective risk management. With future-oriented maintenance and reliability standards, you create the conditions for safe, efficient and powerful plant operation. You will guide the Heads of Technology, Maintenance and Supply professionally as disciplined and develop a powerful, customer-oriented organization focusing on talent promotion and succession planning. As a strategic:r Sparringspartner:in the Plant Manager, you will significantly shape the technical orientation of the site and promote the continuous further development of the organization.

You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, technical management or a comparable qualification and ideally combine technical know-how with business understanding. Multiannual leadership experience in the industrial engineering and maintenance environment empowers you to successfully manage powerful teams and shape changes sustainably. You bring well-founded expertise in engineering, reliability and maintenance and know the common methods and frameworks – from predictive and predictive maintenance to shutdown management and root Cause Analysis to automation, production technology and supply systems. In international matrix organisations, you are confidently working with global functions, global process owners and other relevant stakeholders. You will certainly communicate in German and English – both at technical and management level – and convince by strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and a pronounced financial understanding.
