Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Quality planning: You accompany new approaches and development projects up to series maturity and are responsible for the initial sampling (PPAP / EMPB).

Complaint management: You systematically process internal and external complaints and, in cooperation with the specialist departments, initiate sustainable deposition measures (8D reporting).

Auditing: You plan, accompany and moderate internal process audits and external customer audits according to the strict automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).

Process optimization: You evaluate quality-relevant key figures from production and actively advance the continuous improvement process (KVP) to avoid errors.

Supplier management: You support purchasing in the qualification and qualitative development of strategic suppliers and external service providers.

Qualification: A completed study (engineering, industrial engineering) or a well-founded technical training with a corresponding training in quality.

Professional experience: You bring several years of professional practice in the quality management of the automotive supply industry, ideally in the field of industrial metal processing.

Automotive methods: You control the standard quality tools (core tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP) as well as the relevant standards (IATF 16949, VDA).

Languages: For exchange with international partners, you will bring good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

Personality: You convince by an analytical, solution-oriented way of working, a pragmatic 'hands-on' mentality as well as pronounced enforcement and communication strength.
