It's waiting for you At the Cologne site, you take over the operational support of our contract partners and contract owners along the entire Third Party life cycle Together with the interface teams (e.g. information security, purchasing, legal) you control and coordinate relevant process steps You train and advise our Contract Owner on the regulatory requirements and support them in implementation Your responsibility lies in the further development of our Third Party Governance and the care and control of our Third Party Register You are the central contact person for our service providers and ensure that contractual obligations and regulatory requirements are reliably complied with

That's what you bring Communication strength, team capacity, structured operation, reliability and integrity Interest in the diverse external services and products used by an insurance company Degree in economics or legal training Experience in third party management, purchasing, supplier control, ideally in regulated environment Knowledge and interest in developing expertise in risk management, compliance and outsourcing regulations (e.g. DORA, MaGo) Joy in cooperation with various departments and interfaces as well as interest in contractual issues
