HR Specialist Time Management (m/f/d)

In this role, you take on the technical responsibility for our time economy and work closely with the colleagues of HR Operations and our IT. You can take over the following tasks:

The focus is on the technical analysis, further development and support of the time-economy processes taking into account external and internal framework conditions (e.g. collective agreements, legal requirements, new processes) - you assume the technical responsibility for the time economy.

Therefore, you understand the relationship between the time economy and payroll, take into account the impact on pay billing and work closely with colleagues from HR Operations and HR IT. Your planning and control of system adjustments and optimizations and contribute to the stable and reliable functioning of our time economy. In this context you conduct independent tests and organize meaningful test scenarios You document our time-economic processes and act as an expert in questions. Through knowledge transfer and training, you make the topic transparent. The responsibility for the technical interface management to adjacent systems (such as portal or contract data collection) is yours. By voting and cooperating with the responsible parties, you will ensure the quality of the overall system. You are actively involved in HR projects and process optimization

You have successfully completed your studies in the economic context (e.g. economics, business management, business informatics, etc.) or a comparable vocational training with professional experience Technical experience in the field of time management IT affinity and knowledge in relevant IT systems (ideally SAP HR time management) Embossed Analytical Skills Organisational assets Structured and careful operation Own initiative and the ability to work quickly into new topics and processes
