About us The development company Neue Zeche Westerholt (EG NZW) - a subsidiary of the cities of Gelsenkirchen and Herten with parity shares of society - realizes the revitalization of the former Zeche Westerholt on a total area of 39 hectares. We create planning and construction law, refurbish and prepare the future areas of use, develop the infrastructure and market the prepared and developed properties.

The EG NZW thus designes and revitalises one of the most impressive locations in the Ruhr region. Account Manager (m/w/d)

Configuration of input invoices and close coordination with the specialist departments to ensure a smooth running with the sponsors Record all payment inputs and outputs to ensure a proper and timely booking of all transactions Creation of regular payment runs for a timely execution of payment processes.

Successfully completed commercial training Safe handling of MS Office programs and ideally experience with common accounting programs such as DATEV or comparable programs for cost tracking and controlling Structured mode of operation, coupled with load-bearing capacity even with a high work attack Reliability, teamability and solution-oriented thinking

A varied and responsible activity in parttime (20-25 hours/week) in a dedicated team with ambitious goals. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making are of course with us.
