You carry out tests on forming machine tools, in particular presses, punches and scissors, according to the specified test method and according to the respective application by You test and assess BWS and their integration into the protective function of the machine taking into account the DIN EN IEC 61496-1 and the relevant machine-specific requirements You assess whether protective measures and safety-related functions are effective within the scope of the agreed audit, including visual and functional checks, as well as checking the accessibility and arrangement of protective devices You shall take into account the relevant requirements of DGUV Rule 100-500, DGUV Information 209-030, TRBS 1203 and DGUV-FBHM-085, as far as You are relevant for the test object and test order You identify and document safety deficiencies and deviations and explain the test results and necessary measures in a comprehensible manner to customers: You create complete test reports, maintain the test and customer documentation and agree to test dates, test procedures and necessary requirements with customers and the deployment planning

You have completed technical training, preferably in a metallurgical, electrotechnical or mechatronic profession; a comparable qualification is also welcome You have experience with forming machine tools whose hazards and protection devices are desirable You have knowledge of GWS and their safety-related application; practical experience with testing BWS is advantageous You are professionally suitable for the respectively transmitted test tasks. The necessary knowledge, professional experience and timely professional activity depend on the specific test task and the requirements of TRBS 1203; the commissioning is carried out according to the operational responsibilities You are capable of systematically assessing technical issues, carefully documenting and communicating in a comprehensible manner You work independently, conscientiously and safety-consciously and appear customer-oriented You have very good German knowledge (C-Niveau) in word and writing for customer communication and test protocols You have a class B driving licence You are timely ready to travel, even with occasional nights, provided the use requires this
