The activities of the LVG Haustechniker have three main objectives Positive external representation of LVG properties Ensuring/resistance of the quality of the renter Development and maintenance of properties

The main activities of our LVG house technicians are, after consultation with or instructions of the LVG management:

Renting and transfer of apartments LVG Haustechniker introduce rental interests LVG properties and apartments, handed over apartments after rental and take over apartments at rental contract end.

Control and maintenance of properties LVG Haustechniker check and maintain the state of the properties in the indoor and outdoor areas at regular intervals, including closing and safety technology. In case of defects, they will immediately inform the LVG Management.

Repair of minor damage Smaller repairs take over LVG Haustechniker independently. They carry out these and log what work has been done.

Support and maintenance of technical equipment LVG Haustechniker performs qualified work on the basis of their training and related technical skills. Regular functional testing and maintenance of domestic installations of the common areas such as heating, hot water supply, fresh water supply, drainage, lighting systems etc. are carried out by LVG domestic technicians. Smaller disturbances are put into service by LVG Haustechniker. The LVG management is informed of major disruptions, so that appropriate measures can be initiated.

Repair, maintenance and rehabilitation measures In the LVG properties a large number of maintenance, modernization and rehabilitation measures are carried out. LVG house technicians therefore have a central role in the planning and execution of craft activities such as painting work, flooring work, dry construction, etc.

Coordination of external craftsmen LVG Haustechniker work with other LVG employees in the team. Coordination of cooperation with external companies (electro, heating, sanitary, wood construction, etc.) by LVG Haustechniker in agreement with the LVG Management and acceptance of work after completion

Shopping of building materials LVG technicians play a central role in costing, ordering, distribution and control of a variety of required building materials from various suppliers for renovation and modernization measures.

Work documentation Documentation of the work carried out in corresponding protocols (such as maintenance and cleaning protocols etc.) for a clear organization and traceability.
