Ensure that all project activities on site comply with the general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites Ensure compliance with Nordex processes Management of preparatory measures for on-site execution Management of daily on-site operations, including the initial installation of the construction site until completion of the project Ensure the execution and compliance of contracts with suppliers and customers Management of all construction activities to meet deadlines, costs, quality, safety and environmental requirements Management of the relationship with the customer at the construction site in coordination with the project manager Coordination of the team on site to fulfill the scope of work

Bachelor degree in engineering or related disciplines such as mechanical engineering, construction engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, materials science, energy technology Other financial statements are taken into account when there is extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) Funded understanding of construction processes, construction regulations and construction techniques Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German Leadership and role model function Ability to build and maintain good industrial relations Clear and strong communication Responsibility and end-to-end thinking
