Implementation of installation, maintenance and repair work on sanitary, heating and air conditioning in existing apartments Independent modernisation and refurbishment of bathrooms and heating systems Exchange and commissioning of modern heating systems and fittings Error diagnosis and correction of technical disturbances on site Documentation of the work done by app or digital system Close cooperation in the team and with other works at the construction site

Foundation: You have completed a training as a plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d) or bring relevant practical experience from the plants heating, ventilation or sanitation. Working method: You like to work independently, take a motivate action and keep a cool head even in tricky tasks. Occurrence: As a “face of operation” you convince our customers by your kindness and technical competence. Mobility: You have a class B licence to start the projects with our service vehicles.
