Caretaker (m/f/d)

Job description:

In this position you are responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and cleanliness of buildings and outdoor facilities. They ensure that the objects of our customers are in perfect condition at any time and thus contribute significantly to a smooth operation. Your duties

• implementation of small repairs and maintenance work on buildings and technical installations
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas and green areas
• cleaning and maintenance of windows, glass surfaces and facade elements
• Monitoring of domestic engineering, in particular heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Control of compliance with safety regulations and proper operations
• Coordination of external service providers in major maintenance measures
• Stock control and reordering of consumables
• Support for moving, transporting furniture and other logistical activities
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in common areas

Your profile

• Completed craft training or comparable qualification of advantage
• Professional experience in the field of housekeeping, building cleaning, glass and facade cleaning or on construction sites desirable
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
• Organisational skills, operational readiness and flexibility
• Physical resilience
• Class B licence of advantage
