Independent programming, setup and operation of modern CNC lathes

Creation and optimization of CNC programs specifically using Siemens control

Own-responsible start of the program and monitoring of the machining processes

machining of demanding workpieces and special components according to technical drawings

Selecting, clamping and measuring the appropriate cutting tools and clamping means

Conducting accurate measurement and quality controls on the manufactured precision parts with common measuring means

Regular maintenance of lathes as well as careful elimination of disturbances in the program sequence

Graduated vocational training as CNC lathe, machining mechanic, lathe or CNC machine (m/w/d)

Composing at least 5 years of sound professional experience in the programming of Siemens controls (e.g. Sinumerik)

Flowing German knowledge in word and writing for understanding complex program sequences and drawings

Willingness to work in the 2-shift system (spring and late)

Self-employed, high-precision working and strong quality awareness

Attractive, performance-oriented remuneration according to DGB/GVP-Tarifvertrag Zeitarbeit ab 22,00 € / Std. brutto (depending on qualification and experience) plus Industry surcharges
